  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the relevant order and click "Request Refund"

4.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
